- On paper, print front and back side by side, cut along the edges, fold, and laminate.

About the UMID card
What UMID is
UMID, the Unique Medical Identity card, is the medical card of Indian Railways for its employees, pensioners and their dependants. It gives each beneficiary a permanent number and a QR code linked to the Railways' hospital system.
It is used for treatment at railway hospitals and health units, and for referral-free treatment at a number of national institutes such as AIIMS.
Cropping and printing it
E-Card Cutter finds the card in the downloaded PDF and cuts it to 85.6 × 54 mm, so it prints at the size of a regular ID card.
